Regional Sales Manager, Nevada Computer/RouteMax
The expense to deliver products to the marketplace continues to increase year over year. The high cost of running and maintaining a fleet makes it difficult for Culligan Dealers to meet their profitability objectives. This presentation will cover how you can optimize your routes to quickly identify where you can increase route efficiency, better service your customers and set benchmarks to reduce expenses and increase profits.
