Bottle Free Coolers have seen tremendous growth in the past 5 years and we are seeing more companies emerging and aggressively attacking bottled water users. The workshop will cover the steps I took to grow the bottle free cooler department in NE Ohio and what it took to start a new program in Wixom, MI. I will also cover how to find the right person for the job along with training, monitoring their daily activities, setting goals and keeping them motivated.
Justin's Culligan career has been on a fast track since starting with the Hall's organization in Ravenna, OH, eight years ago. He started in the warehouse and was quickly moved to a Route Sales position. Two years later he moved into a Bottled Water/Bottle-Free Cooler sales position in Canton, OH. In 2009, Justin was promoted to manage the Bottled Water/Bottle Free Cooler/Coffee Sales Team in Northeast Ohio. Under his direction, Culligan of NE Ohio (encompassing three dealerships) has over a combined 1,500 bottle-free cooler units in the field and currently billing nearly $50,000 per month. At the same time, the coffee department has seen its annual revenue more than triple in two short years. In December, 2011, Justin was promoted to General Manager of our newly acquired Wixom, Michigan dealership, managing 22 employees and has annual revenue of four million dollars.
