I.D.E.A. - Innovating, Differentiating, Elevating and Accelerating the Culligan Sales Engine

In this session, the Culligan International Marketing team will overview new approaches to attacking the marketplace through a combination of innovative new tools and focuses. These include the new Interactive body of work, and an overview on new products. We will discuss the elevation of the brand, how we are accomplishing that through branding work, public relations work, and extending to areas like problem water to help shape how customers think of Culligan in the market place. Lastly, we will introduce new tools to help educate and differentiate our sales teams including educational forums, sales kits, as well as the "tablet" presentation tool, all intended to accelerate your sales success.

Speaker Bios

Curt Hilliard, Senior Vice President Marketing, Culligan International

As a member of Culligan's senior management team, Curt Hilliard's experience at the world's leading water treatment company has encompassed a wide range of responsibilities. In his current position, he leads the company's marketing practice, with responsibility for brand management, interactive and web initiatives, product management, national accounts and the wholesale division. Previously, he contributed as Senior Vice President, North American Sales, for the Company Owned Division of Culligan representing business and consumer channels, including vending. Curt also was responsible for Culligan's North American call center. His experience prior to Culligan includes senior sales and marketing positions at ADT. He is a graduate of Washington State University.

Kumi Premathilake, Sr. Product Manager of Commercial & Industrial, Culligan International

Kumi Premathilake has been with Culligan for 12 years previously working in Research/Development and Channel Marketing. Kumi has a chemical engineering degree and an MBA in Marketing Management. Kumi is responsible for the entire global Commercial and Industrial product line from the development stage to testing, training and launch.

Kerry Quinn, VP of Engineering, Culligan International

Kerry Quinn leads the Culligan worldwide engineering, research, product development, laboratories and technical support organizations. His responsibilities include guiding the technical aspects of making sure Culligan has the best suite of products for the current market and that those products are working, installed and serviced properly. He also oversees the development of Culligan's future products. In his spare time, Kerry has also represented Culligan on national cable television and on two recent internet videos. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois.

Zach Schroeck, Sr. Product Manager Drinking Water and Retail Business, Culligan International

Zach Schroeck joined Culligan in January 2011. Prior to joining Culligan, Zach spent 4 years as a Product Manager at Motorola Mobility where he led the development and launch of many successful mobile devices. He holds a BA in Economics from Kalamazoo College and an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Jim Stewart, Sr. Product Manager Household Products, Culligan International

Jim Stewart has been with Culligan for 24 years. Jim has held various positions during his Culligan career and is currently responsible for Household Softeners and Filters including new product development and launches, literature, collateral, product updates and training.
