Bart Baumeister

Bart Baumeister, Director of Sales and Marketing

Culligan of Carroll, Atlantic, Percival, and Ida Grove.

Keeping your reps busy has and always will be one of the hardest tasks we have as managers. Seeing that first hand, we knew we needed to find other opportunities for a rep to get into homes and keep them moving. This presentation will show the differences between the traditional sales rep and a customer care rep., how these additions/changes can impact your business, how to track it, and how to promote it.
