Dr. Tanya Lubner

Dr. Tanya Lubner has been the Water Quality Association's Director of Education & Certification since 2005. She oversees the development of new program areas and creation of educational materials and exams. She is currently completing the restructuring of WQA’s textbooks into an online-delivered modular education program (MEP) and searchable encyclopedia (Knowledge Base). Prior to joining WQA, Dr. Lubner was a sales engineer for a manufacturer of optical spectroscopy instrumentation. Her Ph.D. is in inorganic chemistry.

Kelley Mudgett, Director of Human Resources

Building our teams as Culligan grows it market share is more and more critical. Kelley will talk about new training resources to recruit, onboard, and train new employees in all facets of our business.

Bio

Kelley started with Culligan in 2010 to support the Home Depot Kiosk program throughout North America. In 2011 she moved into a Regional HR Manager position supporting the East Region for Company Owned Dealers. Kelley is now the Director over NA Human Resource supporting Corporate HR and Franchise Training/Recruiting initiatives. Kelley has a total of 16 years of HR experience with previous experience in catalog and retail companies.

Bio

Erv joined Culligan as Director of Marketing in 2013. In his role, he manages Culligan's National Digital Lead Gen Strategy,Culligan.com, National Promotions, Lead Nurturing and Social Media Efforts. In addition, Erv works closely with the Dealer Marketing Sub-Committee.

Bio

Sandy joined the Culligan Marketing team in 2011 bringing with her over 20 years of advertising/marketing experience in the franchise dealer arena. She is responsible for the development of sales and marketing tools that help dealers promote and grow their business. Sandy works closely with the various dealer sub-committees and task forces to ensure the materials represent the needs of the Culligan system. Other responsibilities include project management and communication to dealers through various vehicles.
