He will walk you through the steps to identify and approach water industries assets within your territory. He will explain what your expectations should be as well as review strategy and tools to help you thru the process. He will provide an overview of support Culligan International can provide as well as explain how you can use other Culligan dealers as a resource. Finally he will walk us through 3 real world examples of "not letting the big dealers have all the fun!"

Bios

Scott Clawson serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Culligan International. The global leader in clean water treatment, Culligan provides solutions, equipment and service to residential, commercial and industrial customers in more than 90 countries. The 75-year-old brand is widely recognized as synonymous with water quality and expertise.

Previously, Clawson was Senior Vice President at AGCO, a Fortune 500 manufacturer of agricultural equipment, where he served as President of GSI, a business acquired by AGCO in 2011 from Centerbridge Partners. Clawson joined GSI Group, a $700+ million global manufacturer of agricultural systems for grain and protein production, in 2007. Under his leadership, GSI grew over 50% and doubled earnings. He headed initiatives to build strong equity in the GSI brands, to support and grow the dealer network, and to expand internationally while improving margins and integrating lean operational processes. In 2011, as GSI's President and Chief Executive Officer, Clawson led the successful effort to sell GSI to AGCO, generating a 3.8X return on investment to Centerbridge and establishing a great long-term home for GSI.

Previously, Clawson served as chief executive officer of Ryko Enterprises, the largest vehicle wash system manufacturer in North America and second largest worldwide. Between 1998 and 2003, Clawson held various roles at Danaher Corporation, a diversified manufacturing and technology company. He identified and closed Danaher's largest acquisition to date and then served as president of Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a $1 billion global leader in petroleum equipment and services. From 1993 to 1998, Clawson worked in various management positions for ALCOA in the United States and Europe.

Clawson is a magna cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University and earned a master's of business administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Larry Holzman

Larry Holzman, Senior VP of NA Franchise

Larry Holzman has been with Culligan for 26 years. He has held various positions including Director of Marketing, General Manager of Household, VP of Sales, and Senior VP of Franchise. Today he is responsible for the North American dealer network.

Prior to joining Culligan he held a variety of marketing positions with General Electric's Major Appliance Business Group, and with Tenneco Automotive where he was responsible for the Monroe Shock Absorber business. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

John Gallo

John Gallo VP, Sales

John Gallo is VP of Sales and Market Development at Culligan international. He is responsible for driving and leading the company's strategy to grow and expand Dealer franchisee business, Dealer merger and acquisitions opportunities, and Culligan's national account business.

John brings to Culligan extensive experience with industry leading sales and service teams. His focus is on commercial and industrial hardware and service based solutions. Most recently John worked at Ryko Manufacturing where he lead the North American sales and service teams driving over $100MM in revenue. Prior to Ryko John spent a decade managing sales teams within Danaher Corporation. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Queens College.

John and his family live in Charleston SC.
