Matt Gilby

Matt Gilby has been with Southeast Texas Water since November 2010, when he and wife Catherine purchased the Beaumont Culligan dealership from Catherine's parents - Henry and Fran Strait. Matthew has a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada, is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and holds a CPA license in the State of Texas. Tracy Eslinger

Tracy Eslinger graduated from Cumberland Valley High school, and Vocational/Technical School (masonry) in 1981. I worked doing masonry for a couple of years as well as working doing maintenance at an apartment complex for several years before joining Culligan. My father owned the dealership, and I was put to work delivering salt initially. Over the years I have done everything associated with the Culligan business; household sales, commercial sales, installs, service, etc. Occasionally, when circumstances allow or require it, I still go out and do service work, which I enjoy.

I am a member of Landisburg Church of God, Adams Lodge Freemasons #319, and in my spare time I enjoy hunting, fishing, and playing guitar and singing - either solo acoustically, or with a local classic rock band.
