The presentation will provide successful ways to overcome challenges that dealers face in participating in fairs and shows. Topics will include setting clear commitment objectives for the show and aligning those objectives at the dealership level with all personnel. I will also cover building unique offers and calls to action to incent customers to "act now". It will address the booth message and how less may be more. There will be insight on ways to train, motivate and coach an all-star caliber team whether it is one person or ten. The main takeaway: "the best lead...is an order"

Bio

Kyle manages a team of 9 Sales Representatives as well as being the Household Sales Leader for the Culligan Packard Group working with 31 locations in 8 states- He has 25 years successful bottled water and household water treatment industry experience with operations and sales leadership expertise, including fairs and shows across the country. He currently leads the largest event for Culligan in North America, the Minnesota State Fair along with Minneapolis Metro managers and Kennedy Communications. He is also President of the Minneapolis CO-OP that funds the event.
