Stacey Goolsby works as a Corporate Recruiter for Hall's Culligan and Prairie Fire Coffee. She has been managing the recruitment process for Hall's Culligan since 2013. Stacey is a 10 year veteran in the recruiting and staffing industry. Her recruiting career began with Kelly Services where she started off as a Recruiter and went on to manage the operations within the Kansas region as the Service Operations Manager. Her responsibilities included managing a team of Recruiters and Staffing Managers, as well as managing the day to day operations and business development. Given the variable climate of hiring in today's market, generating new ideas for recruitment is the key to any successful recruiting plan.
