Speaker Bio

Randy Easton's family started in the Culligan business 50 years ago and he has been a dealer since 1988. Randy graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in business administration and graduated from the University of Denver with a master's degree in business and corporate taxation. Randy began his career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche in Chicago and later in Denver. He first became a dealer in 1988 and during the time since has owned and operated several dozen dealerships and he currently operates franchises located in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Throughout his career, Randy has been involved in several dozen transactions resulting in either the acquisition or sale of a variety of businesses.
