Mike started in 1986 working for Kinetico as Sales Manager, learned prospecting techniques from the two top Kinetico dealers in the country. In 1990, after meeting Dale Mast , the local Culligan dealer, was convinced that working for a real brand name company would make a difference in recruiting and retaining employees...has been with Culligan ever since. Mike currently manages three locations and has 25 sales people reporting to him daily. He is currently mentally ill because of it!
