Commercial Customers Marketing Day
Laurie Ketchum, Culligan of Central Ohio
A canvassing program that allows the Culligan Household Sales Representative to reach thousands of potential homeowners in one day via visitation to the already established commercial customers that Culligan works with in a given PAR.
In May of 2007 Laurie began as Household Sales Representative in Central Ohio. In 2009 in a national network of 200 Household Sales Representatives she ranked #14 in total revenue which entered her into Culligan Presidents Club. In May of 2010 Laurie was promoted to Sales Manager for the Central Ohio COD stores in Central Ohio. During that time she established several creative marketing programs including:
- Commercial Customers Marketing Day, which will be discussed in this workshop.
- Creative Multiple Hit Targeted Marketing Program designed for each HSR in their territory that coincided with their 12 month marketing plan.
As a COD dealer her team ranked in top 4 nationwide in overall unit growth during her first 5 months as Sales Manager. And in 2010 her team ranked #1 in drinking water sales in the East Region non-Florida market. Laurie is currently continuing her career as the Sales Manager in the central Ohio market under the ownership of CR Hall.
