Also, I will discuss the critical difference between minimum performance and benchmarks in measuring employee productivity.

Jodi Schoh is the Accounting Manager for Culligan Soft Water Service Company in Minnetonka, MN. The Company owns 31 franchises located in 8 states and owns Unco Data Systems. Jodi received her B. A. in Accounting and Finance from Winona State University and has a MBA from the University of Minnesota.
