Social media marketing has gone from curious upstart to the next big thing and back in the past 2 years. The initial margins are low and the risk may appear higher than average, but I will discuss how we have grown our bottled water customer base and converted a high percentage of these short term "promos" to long term profits.
Brian Kennedy has been a Culligan Man for over 15 years. He began his career delivering bottled water by day in order to work on completing his bachelor's degree by night. He first became the Route Sales Manager in Plant City before moving on to General Manager of the Nokomis, FL dealership. He moved back to Plant City to take over as General Manager in 2004 and has helped to grow the business which now has over 50 employees and revenues exceeding 7 million dollars.
Brian did finally graduate from the University of South Florida in 2008 with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Social Science, and currently lives in the Tampa area with his wife Stephanie, and two beautiful children, Josh, a current USF student, and Shaylee.
Brian is currently serving on the Culligan Marketing Sub-Committee and is a member of the Culligan One 20 group.
