Adam Johnson has worked for the Packard Organization for 25 years performing route, plant, along with Residential and Commercial service duties. Adam currently over sees operations for the Minnetonka dealership along with leading the Service Team for the Packard organization. The Service Team develops best practice processes for the company as it relates to service and plant operations.
